As a Roster Scheduling Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient deployment of staff across various service lines. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate rosters for Community, Skills Campus, and Supported Independent Living (SIL) staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate complex roster schedules to meet client needs and optimize resource utilization.
* Liaise with Service Delivery Managers to develop and manage rosters that align with business objectives.
* Monitor staff availability and attendance, including coordination of shift replacements and adjustments as needed.
To excel in this role, you will require high-level written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and data entry accuracy. Previous experience in rostering or a strong administrative background is highly desirable.
