Job Title: Mobile Crushing Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a team of tradesmen and operators in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of mobile crushing operators to achieve efficient production, high quality results and safe work practices
- Oversee equipment operation, maintenance and management to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency and safety across the operations
- Collaborate with other supervisors and department heads to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor compliance with regulations and company policies
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a mobile crushing supervisor or similar role
* Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards
