Job Description
We have an opening for a full-time leasing paralegal in either Melbourne or Sydney who can manage high-volume and high-quality leasing work. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, negotiating, and progressing clients' leases. You will interact directly with clients and negotiate with their tenants and lawyers.
As a member of the team, you will collaborate closely with Partner Jakob Paartalu and his team, as well as other leading lawyers within the broader national team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Prior experience in leasing roles in busy, high-volume environments
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, sharing files and ideas as appropriate
* Exceptional client service skills and responsiveness
* Keen eye for detail and ability to consistently produce accurate, high-quality work
* Interest in contributing to process improvement and systems
* Initiative and drive to take ownership of matters and client portfolios
* Strong IT skills
* Proactive approach and positive attitude
