Role: Physiotherapist (In-Home, Community-Based)
As a community-based Physiotherapist, you will contribute to the community by working with elderly clients in their own home to ensure their physical needs and goals are met, enabling them to live their best life independently for as long as possible.
Responsibilities
 * Provide in-home physiotherapy services to assist with mobility, pain management and strengthening.
 * Develop individual care plans to achieve personalised functional outcomes.
 * Falls prevention, education and strength training.
 * Work closely with local community teams and key stakeholders.
 * Incorporate a holistic approach to health care that includes healthy living activities according to community and organisational priorities.

What we need from you
 * Currently registered as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA.
 * Bachelor\'s degree in physiotherapy or equivalent studies as assessed by the Australian Physiotherapy Council and approved by AHPRA for registration.
 * Prior community experience highly desirable.
 * Ability to provide high quality treatment and intervention.
 * Police Check (dated within the last 3 years).
 * Up to date influenza vaccination (or willingness to obtain).
 * Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations.
 * Own reliable vehicle and Queensland driver licence.
