Coming from a print technician background, you will offer customer service and creative advice in this brand-new interactive design and print concept store. You will be able to work with modern digital workflows and have the latest printing equipment at your fingertips to deliver customers highly customised prints and products. The Role & Responsibilities will include: In store graphic consultation and design Delivering custom artwork in a fast-turnaround printing environment Fulfilling online artwork requests and orders UV print production (training provided on specific equipment) Retail shop sales and general business operations Taking care and responsibility for high-value production equipment What this business NEEDS from you! Previous experience in a digital printing environment preferred, not essential! Exposure to Roland / Mimaki or similar equipment HIGHLY REGARDED! Strong skills in Microsoft & Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop essential) Ability to deliver great customer service and grow relationships Confidence to work quickly & accurately when under pressure Sensational creative skills and passion with a GREAT attitude Reliability, punctuality and high-level awareness of the smaller details Benefits & Rewards on offer for YOU!
