There is a great opportunity to grow your future in Seymour Seymour Tyrepower is seeking an experienced Wheel Alignment Technician and Tyre Fitter.
This is a full-time position. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the high standard of professional Wheel Alignment's carried out across a wide range of vehicle types. Tyre fitting abilities on ALL wheel types is a must. The more you can perform, the more you can earn ;)
What you'll be doing
Our number 1 priority is to solve our customer's tyre problems
* This will include inspection, diagnosis, and repairs to customer's tyres.
* Perform Wheel Alignments to manufacturers' specifications or preferred custom settings.
* Balance, and rotate tyres according to Tyrepower protocols.
* Perform other tyre-related services, such as Tyre fitting, Puncture repairs and related procedures to ensure the best customer satisfaction.
* Become a cooperative team member and support your fellow team members
* Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
* Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure efficient operations
* Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Wheel Alignment Tech. who demonstrates problem-solving and diagnosis of all types of vehicles. (Experience in these areas will be financially rewarded).
* Experience with wheel alignment on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles is required.
* Strong knowledge of tyre types, sizes, and applications.
* Ability to use all types of wheel alignment and tyre-changing equipment safely and efficiently.
* The ability to work un-supervised, while maintaining the expected KPI's.
* Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
* Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment
* Valid Manual Victorian driver's licence is a minimum
* Forklift accreditation would be preferred.
