About the Role
Homesteads Aged Care Service offers a warm, cottage‐style environment with 41 residents, where you'll be welcomed by a genuinely supportive and close‐knit team. It's a place where your contribution truly matters, and where teamwork, compassion, and connection are at the heart of everything we do.
This role will see you supporting our much-loved residents with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, feeding, mobility assistance and accessing in-centre social activities.
About You
Our ideal candidate is:
* Passionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residents.
* Currently holds a Certificate 3 or Certificate 4 in Individual Support/ Aged Care.
* Experienced as a Personal Care Worker in Residential Aged Care.
* Flexible and able to do all shifts including AM, PM and Night Duty.
* Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
