Our client is a highly regarded healthcare organisation currently seeking a talented Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join their fun team
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the curation and execution of marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns, as well as providing support for marketing and communications aspects of events and fundraising activities.
- Collaborating with families, clients, and stakeholders to gather case studies, photography, and videography materials for project and campaign delivery.
- Preparing content for both print and digital publications, including coordinating with graphic designers and printers.
- Coordinating social media channels for organic and paid campaigns, in line with the digital marketing strategy.
- Managing EDMs, newsletters, and communications by drafting content, building, and distributing them to the organisation's networks.
- Assisting with campaign and performance reporting across various channels.
- Contributing to the management of the organisation's search engine marketing efforts.
**About You**
- Undergraduate or postgraduate qualifications in marketing, communications, public relations or relevant
- Moderate direct experience in communications, marketing, and/or PR.
- Impeccable writing skills demonstrated by evidence-based research, relevant and well-structured content, and compelling conclusions.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong time management, and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and social media platforms, as well as adaptability to new technologies.
- Experience with delivering EDMs.
- Experience managing social media platforms, including social media advertising.
