About the opportunity:

You will be responsible for an established portfolio and with your expertise you will also generate new business to achieve growth targets.
As a people person you will protect, maintain and grow relationships with clients and provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Manage a portfolio of Rural, Agri, SME and Commercial clients
* Identify new business opportunities and drive growth
* Provide exceptional client service while building close working relationships
* Negotiating with our underwriting partners to achieve the best outcome for clients
* Maintain an active sales pipeline
* Manage compliance obligations and stakeholder relationships
About you:
To be successful in this role you be a high performer who can demonstrate portfolio growth. You will also:-
* Enjoy working as part of a team but also be able to work autonomously.
* Love that no two days are the same and that much of your time will be spent out with clients or prospective clients, and not in the office.
* Be sales orientated and able to build a sales pipeline to support new business growth.
* Have amazing organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail
* Have sound general insurance technical ability and be a problem solver.
* Having your Tier 1 broking qualification is strongly advantageous but not required
