A top insurance company is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to provide support for hardware and software issues that are escalated via the internal IT Service Desk and the company's staff.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Excellent communication skills, comfortable doing face to face and remote support. Any AV support experience would be ideal, to assist in conferences and meetings. Skills in troubleshooting Windows, Office 365 and Active Directory
