We are a well known Beef Jerky manufacturer based in Wollongong looking for a reliable, motivated and trustworthy Manager to join our awesome team.
This role involves the management of the staff, the processing of meat, ordering of stock and ingredients, the upkeep of relevant food authority paperwork, packing of the product, wholesale and online orders and invoicing, and maintaining the cleaning procedures of the kitchen.
Minimum one year experience in meat processing.
Management experience in retail or customer service is required for this position.
This is a department manager level position requiring appropriate leadership experience.
