We're looking for a Senior Florist who's genuinely good with people — not just with flowers. Someone who can guide a team, give clear feedback, keep the vibe steady, and still enjoy being on the tools.
This role is
not
admin heavy. It's
not
about drowning in emails or spreadsheets. Your job is to lead the floor, keep standards consistent, and make sure the team feels supported and confident.
What the role actually looks like
Being the point person on the floor — approachable, calm, and confident
Delegating tasks based on strengths, skill levels and workload
Giving honest, constructive feedback without making it awkward
Supporting juniors and helping them grow
Making sure the daily flow feels organised, not chaotic
Creating consistently beautiful work and setting the standard
Handling customers in-store with warmth and professionalism
Keeping the workspace running smoothly without micromanaging
What we're looking for
Strong floristry skills (3+ years), but equally strong
people skills
Someone who doesn't shy away from conversations — good or tough
A natural leader who can keep the team on track without barking orders
Someone who takes pride in clean, consistent work
A steady personality — no drama, no ego
Confidence with customers and staff
What we offer
A workplace where people actually enjoy turning up
A leadership role without the admin headache
A supportive team and a business that values your input
Fair pay that matches your experience and responsibility
A chance to help shape how the floor runs day-to-day
If you're a florist who loves leading people just as much as designing, we want to hear from you.
