Employment Type: Full Time - 38 hours per week (flexible hours for the right candidate)
Pay: $43.55 - $66.09 per hour + Superannuation + Benefits

As an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart, you'll ignite a love of learning in children, guiding their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices. About Goodstart Innisfail
This small, 57-place centre excels in creating a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive environment for our children in Toddlers (15 months to 2.5 years), Pre-Kindy (2.5 years to 4 years) and Kindergarten (3.5 years to 5 years). The centre values strong bonds between home and the centre, ensuring holistic child development through tailored care environments and culturally rich interactions. Activities meet the specific needs of each age group, promoting physical, cognitive, and social-emotional growth. You’ll Need
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved) or actively studying towards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and First Aid qualification
- If you have prior experience as a Teacher in a school or early learning setting, or if you are new to the profession and embarking on your first role, our team welcomes teachers from all backgrounds and experiences
