Description
As a Junior Finance Officer (Accounts Payable), you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely processing within a busy AP function. This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and thrives under volume.
Key responsibilities include:
* Processing high volume invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
* Assisting with statement reconciliations
* Responding to supplier queries and providing excellent customer service
* Supporting the AP team with general administration and finance tasks
* Maintaining up to date records and ensuring compliance with internal processes
Profile
* Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Previous experience in AP or finance administration
