Job Description
This role is responsible for ensuring the effective governance and management of digital services, ICT and information systems throughout their lifecycle to support organisational strategic and operational goals.
The successful candidate will shape and execute medium- to long-term IT strategies aligned with business objectives, lead planning and implementation of emerging technologies, including AI, and ensure IT policies and procedures meet internal and external standards.
They will also lead the IT Infrastructure & Security team, fostering collaboration and managing priorities, and manage infrastructure provisioning and third-party vendor performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, information technology, or a similar field.
* Minimum 10 years' experience in the field.
* In-depth understanding of current and emerging technologies preferably in the aged care, NDIS, community services, and education sectors.
* Specialised IT management competencies in IT infrastructure, networks, cloud computing and architecture.
* Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in the organisation.
* Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
* People management and leadership skills, together with professional standards of planning and budgeting.
