Kedron based Accounting practice looking for a self-motivated and energetic Receptionist to join our team, and be that face of our business.
Immediate start available, some possible flexibility on hours/days.
Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner, in person and on the phone.
You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical/office support).
Responsibilities
* Answer and direct phone calls
* Make appointments for our Accountants
* Act as first point of contact for clients
* Handle office mail, ATO communications etc
* Client Invoicing
* General office management
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
* Ability to maintain a positive attitude, and multitask
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
* Working unsupervised
