Key Role: Delivery Services Learning Program Manager

Responsibilities
* Analyse business problems to drive forward-looking opportunities.
* Contribute to reporting on training activities and analyse data to drive results and learning effectiveness.
* Work strategically with L&D leaders to identify innovative learning solutions and localise training programs.
* Drive adherence to standard learning solutions and gather feedback from operational teams.
* Create and manage communication strategies for promoting key training processes and activities across the network.
Previous experience in operational execution, warehousing/manufacturing, or training is transferable to execute using a hands-on approach. A high level of analytical and organisational skills are required.
