Valuer Support / Office Assistant – Preston Rowe Paterson Northern Territory

Our Northern Territory Office is currently seeking a motivated individual to provide high level administrative assistance to the valuation services team servicing Northern Terrirtory, as well as providing assistance to the Broome and North West valuation business.
The Role:
In this steady-paced role, you would be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
* Assisting with enquiries and booking of property inspections
* Overseeing internal computer-based valuation booking system
* Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and legal professional
* Collection and analysis of leasing and sales evidence
* Preparing and formatting reports
* Data entry, filing and general administration duties
* Provide general office support to the Valuation team
* Provide administrative support to the two Director's
About you:
* Clerical duties with experience in the Property or Real Estate Industry will be highly regarded, however not essential
* High level of computer skills particularly Microsoft Office Word and Excel, and a good ability to learn new systems
* Attention to detail with strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Not afraid to proactively ask questions and seek answers
* High degree of computer proficiency and data analysis
* Demonstrated ability to use own initiative and be able to organise and prioritise clerical tasks with minimal supervision
