Job Description
As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of administration support in accordance with the region's requirements. Your key responsibilities will include attending to customer and operational enquiries, assisting staff with data entry, record keeping and document management, raising purchase orders, creating work orders in SAP or Grange, and approving invoices.
Key Responsibilities:

* Process employee information, travel, and accommodation bookings.
This role is ideal for someone with considerable experience in providing business and customer service support, as well as advanced computing skills and the use of programs such as Microsoft and SAP. You will also need to have a current Forklift Licence or be willing to attain one, as well as a current W.A 'C' Class Drivers Licence.
