Insurance Lawyer Opportunity
We are seeking an insurance lawyer to join our team. This role involves litigation and investigation of insurance claims, offering diverse responsibilities and opportunities for career advancement.
Candidates should have experience in insurance and litigation, alongside strong analytical and communication skills. They should be able to analyze complex legal issues, negotiate with clients and opposing parties, and prepare persuasive arguments for court.
Key Skills
* Legal knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Australian law related to insurance contracts, torts, employment law etc., including case law development at both state/federal level;
* Litigation experience:A good understanding of the processes involved in managing contentious matters across different jurisdictions including high-level analysis of risks/implications associated with giving evidence before a court or tribunal;
* Analytical & problem-solving skills:Able to think critically about complex problems using logical reasoning; identifying issues from disparate sources (including policy provisions) that support sound decision making under strict time constraints,
