Key Responsibilities
The Coles Online Department plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless online order selection and packing by our team of Personal Shoppers.
* Orders are dispatched as part of our click-and-collect/concierge service or delivered to customers via Coles delivery vans.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will be fully accountable for the day-to-day management of the online department.
You will take pride in enhancing customer experience, which is welcoming and inspiring for customers, team members, and the community.
