Description:

We are seeking an experienced customer support specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level technical advice and resolving system application problems.

This is a full-time role for a temporary period, with a fixed-term contract. The position is office-based in Newcastle and requires 5 days of work per week.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in communication, problem-solving, empathy, and conflict resolution. They will also possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and apply legislation.

In this role, you will work as part of a team delivering on-line support to DRIVES users, analysing, investigating, and resolving system application problems. You will also provide high-level technical advice relating to the operation of the DRIVES software to various users.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

* Providing high-level technical advice and resolving system application problems
* Delivering excellent technical customer service by investigating and analysing errors and anomalies
