The roles will primarily be based on afternoon shift but flexibility is required to work on day and night shift if required. Absolutely no previous experience in our industry required. We have a three-shift operation but it is essential that you’re available to do afternoon shift:Day Shift: 6am – 2:30pmAfternoon Shift: 2:30pm – 11pm (15% Salary loading)Night Shift: 10pm – 6:00am (30% Salary loading)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):Australian recognized Trade qualification (Certificate III or above) is essentialCompletion of a trade Apprenticeship backed with relevant experience working in your tradeLiteracy and numeracy skills to follow and interpret work instructions and engineering drawingsHand skills with a high level of attention to detail under repetitive conditionsAbility to work independently or part of a diverse team towards a common goal and to agreed deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEnjoy working with hands and physical workBasic computer skillsCommitment to OHS proceduresReliable and willingness to work afternoon shift but flexibility is required to also be able to work day or night shift upon business requirementsFull, unrestricted working rights for Australia.Additional Information:This is an Enterprise Agreement position classified as a Base Tradesperson. Starting salary: $89,549 + 11.5% Super and will increase to $92,240 + 11.5% Super upon successful completion of training.
