MOUNTAIN VIEW MANAGEMENT PTY LTD operates under the business name Quality Inn Ashby House, a charming and historic property that combines the historic charm of the property with all the modern comforts of a contemporary hotel located in Tamworth, NSW. The hotel features a wide variety of room types from terrace suites to premier and deluxe suites, as well as a family suite and a self-contained apartment. We specialize in providing exceptional hospitality services, ensuring that every guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay. Our motel offers a range of accommodations designed to cater to both leisure and business travelers, featuring modern amenities and personalized service. To support our rapid growth, and continue delivering excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Managing the motel's front office operations, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest relations
* Overseeing the housekeeping and maintenance team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property
* Monitoring inventory and placing orders for supplies as needed
* Planning and overseeing bar, restaurant, function activities occurring in motel
* Effectively managing staffing, rostering, performance evaluation and training to ensure excellent service delivery
* Analyzing booking data and occupancy rates to identify opportunities for improvement
* Addressing customer feedback and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Managing budgets and financial resources of motel, including monitoring expenses and revenue;
Knowledge and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Management-related fields;
* Significant experience in a similar operations management role;
* Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to deliver exceptional customer service;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with guests, staff, and other stakeholders;
* Sound business acumen and an analytical mindset to drive performance improvements;
* Familiarity with computer software and systems;
* A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences;
