As Store Manager, you will have full responsibility for store performance, team leadership, customer experience, and operational excellence. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who understands trade customers, product ranges, and fast‑paced retail environments. You will be empowered to run the store as your own, supported by a strong brand, systems, and leadership team. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing retail and warehouse team Drive sales performance, KPIs and store profitability Deliver exceptional customer service to trade and DIY customers Oversee stock control, inventory management and merchandising Build strong relationships with local trade customers and suppliers Ensure compliance with WHS, policies and operational standards Identify opportunities for business growth and continuous improvement To be successful, you will bring: Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Retail Manager Background in hardware, tools, trade, industrial, or building supplies retail Strong people leadership and team development capability Commercial awareness with confidence managing store performance Solid product knowledge across tools, equipment, or trade services A hands‑on, customer‑first leadership approach Experience managing a hardware store, tool shop, trade retail outlet, or industrial retail environment will be highly regarded.
