Situated in a gorgeous office with 5-star facilities and free parking on site, they are looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers' needs.
About the Role
If you are looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in an office setting with the support of a friendly team then this is the role for you! You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers in a polite and professional manner over the phone, email, and face to face. There will also be the opportunity to upskill your administrative skills, with full training provided.
Due to an urgent demand, this role is to start ASAP on a temporary assignment and for the right candidate has the view to convert permanent. The role is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, 100% office based.
Duties
Some of your key duties will include:
* Answering and redirecting incoming calls - average 30 per day
* Meeting and greeting incoming visitors
* Office and kitchen stock maintenance - ordering and maintaining
* Monitoring the main organisation inbox
* General administration support wherever directed
Skills & Experience
To be a successful candidate you must have:
* Previous experience in a similar office based, hospitality or retail role - 6 months minimum
* A hardworking attitude and willingness to learn
* Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service
* Be immediately available to start!
