The Opportunity
We're looking for an Estimator to join our team and play a key role in driving job flow, profitability, and growth.
This role isn't just about quoting - it's about being part of how the business scales.
You'll work closely with the leadership team to:
* Improve pricing accuracy
* Increase quote turnaround speed
* Support stronger job profitability
* Help build better systems and visibility across the business
What You'll Be Doing
* Preparing accurate and timely quotes for maintenance and project work
* Reviewing job scopes, site details, and requirements
* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
* Tracking quote conversions and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Supporting job profitability through clear and realistic estimating
* Working closely with operations to ensure smooth job handover
What We're Looking For
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confidence working with numbers and costings
* Ability to think practically about jobs and how they run on-site
* Good communication skills (with both clients and internal team)
* A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
Experience in estimating is great, but not essential - we're open to someone from a trades background who wants to step off the tools and into a new challenge.
