Allied Health Leadership Role
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist to lead our team and mentor emerging clinicians.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Managing an allocated caseload and delivering therapeutic services efficiently
* Providing Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology services within schools, homes, and community settings
* Using clinical observations and assessments to set personalized treatment goals
* Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve participant outcomes
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
* Supervising and mentoring graduate and early-career clinicians
* Fostering a supportive environment to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes
* Supporting clinicians with scheduling, referrals, and workflow management
* Maintaining compliance with current NDIS legislation
Requirements:
* Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist
* Minimum 5 years' experience post-graduation
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Proactive attitude and motivation for continuous improvement
* Desire to mentor and support early-career clinicians
