Our client is based in Sydney is looking for an experienced Procurement Professional within their growing Procurement team. The position will offer career advancing exposure to internal and external stakeholders, exposure to large organisation projects and exposure to new Procurement systems.
There is working at home flexbility for this position.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITES:
- Support strategic procurement events across all Indirect categories
- Co-ordinate procurement processes to ensure good governance and compliance
- Provide support and advice the business as to procurement policy and procedure
- Build knowledge and expertise of procurement technology (Coupa Software) and processes
- Support continuous improvement and projects aligned to the Procurement functions goals
THE PERSON:
- Third level degree in related field
- 2 /3 years of experience within Procurement/Financial related role
- Financial services experience
- Strong analytical skills is a must
- Interpersonal and excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are a MUST
- Ability to present to key stakeholders (internal & external)
- Background knowledge of Couper will be an advanage but not a must
