About the role: You will be working with a team of 2-3 Nurses including a Lead Nurse for supervision. Responsilibites include chronic disease management, triage, vaccinations, wound care, pathology collection, health assessments, recall, coordination of the treatment room, cold chain management and sterilisation. Requirements: Registration with AHPRA. Experience in General Practice Essential Interest in primary health care, health assesments, chronic disease management & care plans Strong time management skills. The ability to work autonomously, but also as part of our team of doctors, nurses and allied health providers.
