* Develop and implement services that directly support vulnerable populations in our region, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

* Lead strategic planning for programs that respond to emerging community needs, driving advocacy and inclusive community outcomes.

* Represent the voices of older residents and people with disability in Council decision-making, fostering genuine connection and collaboration.

* Maintain budgets, prepare reports, and present meaningful insights to leadership and Council, promoting data-driven decision-making.

* Grow a positive, capable, and collaborative team by developing staff performance plans and providing constructive feedback.

* Drive continuous improvement across policies, service delivery, and strategic planning, embracing innovation and efficiency.

* Oversee operations that are aligned with a triple bottom line approach, prioritizing social, environmental, and economic sustainability.

Requirements:

* Tertiary qualification in Human Services or a related field.

">
* 5+ years' experience in leading programs in aged care, disability, or related human services, demonstrating expertise and passion.

* Strong leadership and people management skills, empowering teams to deliver exceptional results.

">
* Deep understanding of business systems, funding requirements, and community-centred care, driving strategic growth.

">
* Proven ability to lead change and deliver outcomes in a dynamic policy environment, navigating complexity with ease.

* Excellent interpersonal and advocacy skills, building trust and achieving results through collaboration.

* CURRENT DRIVER'S LICENCE
