Enterprise Sales & Partnerships Manager

As a fast-growing company, we’re seeking an experienced enterprise sales leader to build and grow partnerships with hospitals across Australia.

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive growth across the Australian hospital sector by identifying, developing and closing new enterprise opportunities
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior hospital executives, clinicians, digital health teams and procurement
* Design and scope hospital pilots in collaboration with internal clinical and implementation teams
* Lead conversion from pilot to commercial contract, including pricing, procurement and contract negotiation
* Own the end-to-end hospital sales cycle, from initial engagement through to contract execution
* Support pilot delivery at key moments to ensure commercial and strategic alignment
* Manage renewals, expansions and commercial strategy for assigned hospital accounts
* Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting for leadership

We’re looking for a candidate who is:

* Experienced in selling into Australian hospitals or similarly complex public-sector healthcare environments
* Comfortable navigating long, multi-stakeholder decision-making processes
* Confident engaging with senior clinicians and executives with credibility and professionalism
* Commercially astute, with strong negotiation and closing skills
* Highly organised, resilient and able to manage multiple enterprise opportunities in parallel
* Relationship-driven, with a long-term partnership mindset rather than transactional sales approach
* Able to work collaboratively with clinical, implementation and customer success teams

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in health technology, digital health, medical devices or clinical services
* Prior experience converting pilots, trials or proofs-of-concept into commercial contracts
* Background working closely with clinicians or in clinically led organisations
* Experience in early-stage or high-growth companies
* Existing networks within hospitals or health systems
