About The Role
Northern NSW Local Health District has an exciting career opportunity for a Health Manager to join their Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP). This role has overall program responsibility for TACP, overseeing daily operational management of over 40 FTE comprising nursing, allied health, and administration staff, and maintaining TACP package occupancy. Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, managing financial, activity, and workforce issues.
