Job Overview

The Administration Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our social enterprise. This position provides leadership to administrative functions, overseeing systems and reporting to enable strong commercial outcomes.

* Lead and manage all administrative processes, maintaining documentation related to inventory, deliveries, invoicing and compliance.
* Monitor communication between departments and external partners.
* Supervise administration staff, providing training and support.
* Prepare reports, track KPIs, and support leadership in data-driven decision making.

This role creates an environment where people with disability can succeed through effective leadership and ownership of administrative processes.


Required Skills

We are seeking candidates with:

* Proven experience in administration or office management, preferably in a logistics or commercial operations environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
