The Opportunity
We are seeking a professional and motivated full-time Receptionist to support the clinic’s ongoing growth and help maintain our high standard of patient care. As the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and is passionate about healthcare, customer service, and administrative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
·Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression
·Assist patients with required documentation and ensure accurate and timely data entry
·Manage appointment scheduling, including coordination of calendars and follow-ups
·Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
·Respond to emails and enquiries promptly, maintaining a professional and organised inbox
·Provide administrative support to clinical staff, contributing to smooth day-to-day operations
About You
·You are articulate, friendly, and maintain a high standard of professionalism in all communications
·You have previous experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare setting
·You possess excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail
·You are comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
·You work well independently and collaboratively as part of a team
·You take initiative, demonstrate a positive attitude, and are committed to personal and professional development
