We are currently seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our small team in a blended role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on work and customer interaction, with a clear pathway to move into a more senior sales role in the near future.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on, dual-role position that offers a balanced mix of warehouse/logistics and sales/customer support tasks. You'll work closely with our experienced sales and management staff to share sales responsibilities while also assisting with daily warehouse operations and local deliveries.
As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our sales momentum with the aim of supporting dedicated warehouse and delivery staff in the near future. This role is a key stepping stone in that plan and offers the opportunity to grow alongside the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in the warehouse with receiving, picking, packing, and basic panel cutting.
* Delivering products across Brisbane and the Gold Coast in company vehicles.
* Sharing sales and customer service duties with our existing sales team.
* Handling customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
* Preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up with clients.
* Helping maintain a clean, organised warehouse.
* Building rapport with customers and contributing to a positive, team-focused culture
We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Has a current manual driver's licence (Light Truck Lic. or higher preferred)
* Is practical, reliable, and customer-focused
* Has some experience in warehouse operations, trade sales, or logistics.
* Enjoys working in a small, hands-on team
* Is interested in developing product knowledge and contributing to sales growth.
* is keen to develop new sales and business opportunities to improve sales growth.
