About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our supportive Allied Health team at John Flynn Private Hospital. Our team provides a broad range of services including dietetics, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, social work, speech pathology and exercise physiology.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse caseload including orthopaedics, spinal surgery, medical/reconditioning, and neurology.
* Deliver evidence-based therapy across inpatient rehab, acute care and outpatient settings, for both individuals and groups.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining the ability to manage cases independently.
* Support patients by assessing and addressing functional needs, equipment, and services in the hospital setting.

You will also bring
* Registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
* Ability to effectively plan, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation programs.
* Flexibility to work across clinical areas.
* Experience in a hospital setting (highly regarded, but not essential).
* Strong ability to work independently as well as within a team.
* Commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice.
* High standard of patient care.
* Current Driver's Licence.
