The Role As Head of Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, leading project teams, and overseeing all aspects of project execution from pre-construction planning to final delivery. You will be responsible for achieving financial targets, maintaining compliance and safety standards, and ensuring project delivery meets timelines and budget requirements. Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact on major projects. Team Development & Leadership: Identify training needs, set and achieve KPIs, and provide guidance to the project team. Pre-Project Planning & Delivery: Support the design team in value engineering, oversee estimating processes, and manage project delivery to align with business goals.
