About this exciting role and key responsibilities
* Operating in the community providing product trials and demonstrating our exclusive range of electric folding wheelchairs and portable mobility scooters to Occupational Therapists and NDIS clients specific to requirements
* Gold Coast based but largely an autonomous role as it's envisaged you will spend most of your time in the community conducting trials building relationships and delivering solutions
* Building relationships and network with Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists. Bringing these health professionals up to date with our wide product range, features and benefits
* Carrying out a needs analysis through engaging with customers to understand their unique mobility needs and requirements
* Manage the whole sales cycle from consultation, delivery, setup, training and support
* Visiting and supporting dealers throughout Southeast Queensland and Northern NSW updating them on new products through product demonstrations, training explaining features and benefits etc
* Building our dealer and sales network
* Providing tailored recommendations and guiding customers through the purchasing process
* Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to ensure you can offer expert advice
* Building strong customer relationships and providing outstanding after-sales support
* Attending assistive technology expos from time to time
* Contributing to the growth and development of the business by identifying new sales opportunities
What we're looking for
* Proven face to face sales experience, preferably within the healthcare, mobility equipment or assistive technology industry
* Will also consider OT's who desire a sales consulting role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise and connect quickly with customers
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Physically fit and capable of lifting portable mobility equipment
* Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to multitask and enjoy a diverse hands-on role

Essential requirements
* Current Australian valid driver's licence
* Current police check or willingness to obtain
* NDIS worker screening check or willingness to obtain
