Land Tenure Specialist
About the Role
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring land tenure assets are managed effectively to guarantee security and facilitate business growth in Western Australia.
* Responsible for managing tenure obligations database, monitoring compliance, and preparing monthly reports
* Formulates tenement applications in accordance with statutory requirements and time constraints
* Prepares and lodges statutory documents and correspondence related to tenure obligations
* Fosters relationships with technical and support staff to ensure timely receipt of supporting documentation
* Performs general administrative duties, including document control, scanning, filing, and coordinating meetings
* Complies with HSEQ systems, chairs and contributes to team and safety meetings
Key Responsibilities
