Roles and Responsibilities:
Becoming a Brand Ambassador, build a collaborative and positive team culture, communicate our brand vision, drive store results.
Inspires and motivates team to meet and exceed performance standards.
Build a high-performing team driven to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
Building strong Clientele based relationships and has a passion for providing great customer service.
Demonstrate strong business acumen and drive store performance.
At least 1-2 years retail Management experience.
Experience in Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft etc., also the POS system
Leading and managing a team of 4-6 passionate retail employees.
