Retail Team Member

**Store Team Member - initially a casual position, with view to permanent after qualifying period.**
We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic person to join our family team. We are a multi-skilled team and every day is different. Your day could consist of helping customers find products, marking off stock and displaying and filling products in relevant departments. Serving customers on a at times very busy register. Taking orders for balloons and not being afraid of filling balloons with helium for customer orders. One thing that never changes daily though is providing a great service experience to our customers.
Position requirement:
- Genuine love for retail with a passion for great customer service
- A team player that is flexible to work across all departments and tasks
- Agile and adaptable to change
- Reliable and willing to work, and available to work a flexible roster which may include Weekends across the 7 days of the week
- Undertaking quick and efficient register operations.
- Maintaining store presentation standards through both merchandising and housekeeping.
**Experience**:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Previous party experience with Balloons (preferable)
- Not afraid of inflating balloons (required)

**Salary**: $21.57 - $35.44 per hour

- Nowra, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
