Centre Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Centre Director to join our leadership pool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our centres and driving growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.
Your Role as Centre Director:
* You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our centres, including managing budgets and resources, developing and implementing centre strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* You will provide leadership and guidance to our educators and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* You will work closely with other leaders to develop and implement organisational strategies, promoting collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the organisation.
* You will play a key role in recruiting, retaining, and developing high-performing teams, ensuring that our centres have the right people with the right skills and abilities.
* You will stay ahead of industry trends and developments, ensuring that our centres remain at the forefront of best practice in early childhood education and care.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Centre Director who possesses excellent leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of the early childhood education and care sector.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience as a Centre Director or in a similar leadership role.
* A strong understanding of early childhood education and care principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
