This Sunshine Coast (Noosa) based position will be responsible for providing administration and onsite support to our Noosa based property managers, with a particular focus on owner, tenant and contractor relations.
You will join our established management team and learn from experienced senior managers.
Your role will be primarily office-based in our Noosa office and will involve regular property inspections across the Sunshine Coast.Key responsibilities in this role will include:Provision of first class service to landlords and tenants and team membersAssist with rent reviews and lease expiriesOrganise work orders, and following up on completion or ordered worksInputting, accessing and analysing data into our management softwareCreating, and collaborating on proposals for new management opportunitiesPreparing REIQ and other property related documentsPreparing property budgets and reconciling annual building income and expenseObtaining and maintaining required licences and best practice trainingQualificationsIn order to succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAn advanced understanding of Microsoft Office 365 (or the willingness to learn Microsoft at an advanced level)The ability to build and maintain strong relationships within our team and with new and existing clientsAccuracy, attention to detail and a passion for efficiencyExperience in the property industry (not essential).
