Optical Service Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Optical Service Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support in our busy optical store.
* Deliver outstanding customer service on the retail floor, assisting with pre-testing, frame styling, dispensing and providing in-depth product information
* Manage daily operations, including booking customer appointments and adjusting frames to ensure a perfect fit
* Ensure high merchandising standards are met, maintaining a clean and organized store environment
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build genuine relationships with customers and colleagues.
Previous experience in customer service or retail is essential, with a preference for candidates with a background in the optical industry.
We offer flexible working hours, including Saturdays and Sundays, as well as opportunities for extra shifts during busy periods.
