Business Development and Sales Senior Specialist
Role Summary
The role of Business Development and Sales Senior Specialist involves driving sales growth by fostering relationships with key clients. As a senior member of the Australia/New Zealand Client Coverage team, you will be responsible for leading the sales process, educating clients on our products, and providing strategic insights to enhance client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-sales activities and process management: Develop and implement effective pre-sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
2. Market analysis and competitor research: Conduct market analysis and research competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
3. Prospect qualification and lead generation: Identify and qualify potential clients, and generate leads through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
4. Sales strategy development and execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet business objectives.
5. Contract negotiation and closure: Negotiate and close contracts with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. New product placement and support: Develop and execute plans to introduce new products to existing and prospective clients.
7. Client inquiry response and data provision: Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide relevant data or analysis as required.
8. Campaign tracking and performance analysis: Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
9. Leadership and team collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
10. Experience: A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in business development and sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
11. Qualifications: An undergraduate degree is required; a finance or economics degree is preferred.
12. Skills:
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PPT, Word).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
