As a leading Horticultural Maintenance provider in SE QLD, with a long history of developing and growing staff through the continual growth of our contract work, we have opportunities for enthusiastic Horticulturists to help take on leadership roles of our teams of dedicated indoor plants technicians maintaining high profile interior plantscapes, as well as some outdoor work on some sites.
These are full time, permanent 38 hour week jobs where we need someone who is able to be onsite every day from the early mornings to keep the team operating efficiently.
Applicants must have full unlimited work rights as these are long term roles.
We need people with the skills to lead and coach a team which is responsible for the WOW-factor created by the green walls, hanging planters and potted greenery found in corporate foyers and officers around the City.

Horticultural qualifications are highly desirable and you must have good experience in horticulture with a focus on interior plants. We are also looking for candidates with skills in managing people and the attention to detail required to ensure our busy schedule of site visits are completed on time and to the required standard. Computer literacy is important as we have many online inductions and site sign-in app requirements for the teams which require management.
Recent growth in our interior business means we may have a number of roles available.
Our work is high paced and varied. Some clients have strict security requirements including a clean police check to be able to enter some client buildings to do the job.
