Iconic Australian fashion brandsLead, engage and develop our wonderful retail workforceDrive real business impactThis Retail Leadership opportunity plays a key role in working with their Retail Brand Manager to take full responsibility to drive our brands (Sportscraft & JAG) performance across multiple concession pads in Myer. You will do this through the key areas of sales, people management, visual merchandising/brand presentation, rostering and labour management and customer experience.As a Concession Manager you will act as a brand ambassador for all our brands, uniting and inspiring your team to provide exceptional and personalised customer service.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Driving sales and rankings across all brands and pads, constantly monitoring, tracking and respondingPersonally drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service to lead by exampleWork collaboratively with your team to ensure KPI’s and sales targets are metCommercial awareness of customer profile, product lines and competitor activityUse available data and reports to identify key insights and make informed decisions for the business and the customer2. Establish strong working relationship and regular communication with Myer store and floor management teamsWork collaboratively with other concessions to ensure the best customer experienceInfluence Myer store, floor and operations management relationships to ensure brands are prioritised and well respected by the entire Myer business3. Leadership and team managementLead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activitiesAttract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the GroupActively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeingDriving a performance culture through inspiring leadershipCoaching and developing team members through consistent performance conversationsRole model APG & Co values to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success4. Deliver exceptional customer experience through on brand teams & product knowledgeCoach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experienceMaintain an up to date level of product knowledge ensuring you share your passion and insights with your customers and your teamManage team grooming standards to brand expectationsUnderstand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play in deliveringPrompt resolution on any customer queries and complaints5. Ensure all pads are presented and merchandised in line with each brands standardPads and product to be merchandised and styled according to brand guidelines and VM directionAware of top sellers and manage stock levelsEnsure promotional and tactical merchandising and ticketing is completed as per directives and on time for all brands6.
