Working as the Health Worker Advanced within the Maternal Child and Family Outreach Service and Cairns‐based Midwifery Navigation Service you will deliver midwifery‐led and family‐centred model of care that provides coordinated support, advocacy, and education across pregnancy, postnatal, and early childhood, while partnering with communities and services to deliver culturally safe, inclusive maternity care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women and families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds with diverse needs. The successful applicant will be required to travel to various Cape York Communities.
