What You'll Do:
* Prepare plants and equipment for formulation by following available Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) where in place and using sound judgement and initiative in situations where SOPs are not yet established.
* Carry out formulations as per the Job Sheet specifications.
* Adhere to all general safety directions for the workplace and those outlined in the Job Sheets.
* Ensure all plant and equipment used in the formulation process are in safe, working order.
* Perform regular and routine maintenance on equipment when necessary.
* Identify and address performance issues, conducting investigations, and managing risks.
What You'll Bring:
* Previous experience in formulation within an ag‑chem or chemical manufacturing environment.
* Valid forklift licence.
* Ability to work with ambiguity while still ensuring best‑practice safety standards.
* Ability to lift up to 25 kg as part of daily duties.
* Understanding of handling dangerous goods, including flammables and poisons.
* Strong drive and motivation to meet KPIs and production targets.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
